About XGlobalMarkets

CySEC License 171/12 only applies to clients of XGlobalMarkets.com and XGlobalInvest.com. Clients of XGlobalFX.com are only under the regulation of the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission. May 26-June 3, 2021: An extremely large number of positive reviews have been submitted for XGlobalMarkets. Many of these are suspiciously similar in their wording. Many contained text stolen from other reviews. Many were from multis. The FPA has confirmed that XGlobal offered clients a $30 bonus in exchange for a review. The FPA specifically forbids compensated reviews. To submit a review, the reviewer has to check a box certifying "I have not been offered any payment or other incentive (like a bonus or discount) to write this review" before the review can be submitted. Over 80 clients of XGlobalMarkets/XGlobalFX lied by checking that box. The FPA is based in the US, where undisclosed compensated reviews are illegal. Other countries also have their own laws regarding compensated reviews, both disclosed and undisclosed. Legal or not, it is obvious that paying someone for a review is likely to result in a much more positive set of reviews, thereby making compensated reviews unethical.
